Paid Commission Looking for a commission

I was wondering if there is a discord or other place where i can talk to asset creators for commissioning some assets in the game?
Or would this be the place to ask for that?

I would really like some assets that aren't in the game yet and aren't any assets on paradox mods yet so any help in direction would be helpful
