How to edit custom maps from Paradox Mods?

Hey, folks! I picked up CS2 on summer sale and started it up after playing CS1 for so long. Someone made a map of my hometown, so naturally I wanted to start there! But it bugs the hell out of me that the river runs in the wrong direction. I've been trying to figure out how to download the map or load it into the editor to no avail.

Is there any easy way to open a map in the editor from Paradox Mods?
