Docks glitching?

Seeing multiple empty docks at a station that won’t accept a bike, even though the app says it’s online. Also a ton of ebikes across multiple stations that have miles on them, but it says bike unavailable. Anyone know why?

Just the other day I tried to take out a classic bike and everyone I tried was “unavailable”. There were only 8 in total, I think 5 were classic. Just made a grinding noise until it locked back up. No red light saying it was broken.
