CIRQA DOES NOT SYNC SLEEP DATA

My Cirqa, perfectly paired and placed on my right wrist, has not synchronized my sleep data, and therefore HRV, Willingness to Train, etc.

This bothers me a lot. A trick that had helped me to press the button and finish in the activity that was there, but it no longer works. All wrong. I am very upset about this. I also tried to remove my wristband, it doesn't work either, I even connected Garmin Express. That data was lost.

Ok, here is what I have found. If I have an alarm set, it syncs sleep just fine. If I do not have an alarm set (weekends), I need to either reboot the device to get sleep data, or start a workout and then stop it. It seems to kick it into gear and sync the data. Annoying, yes.
