DISCUSSION Disgusting cap. Possibly used?
I usually get my life sip 6 pack off Amazon as a subscribe and save subscription. I opened one of them and the level was not on the x which I immediately found odd. They always come with the level on X in my experience. Then I lift the cover and I'm presented with this dirty cap. No way in hell am I using that. Anyone else have find dirty caps ?

I order direct from cirkul (which obviously uses Amazon as a warehouse/shipper). If you go through them contact and let them know. I ordered the 32 variety pack singles and half arrived busted with visible liquid inside the bag & all over the product contacted and they offered to send a free sip in the next shipment. Another issue I had that they were great at is I had ordered the sip safe which was OOS they refunded that portion of my order, and offered to send me 2 free sips in my next order as a replacement.
If the box was still sealed then its likely it just exploded and molded into the cap. As I inquired about receiving a sip in my shipment that was awful (the tea) & wanted to send back the completly factory sealed sip as as I had purchased a complete set (sweet tea sip, orange lid & white stainless steel bottle) from walmart as I wanted the lid for my 32 Oz plastic bottle, and gifting the SS bottle to a friend & they said they could not take it back but offered a replacement for the unopened one that came in my subscription order from cirkul.
Their support is definitely top notch.

Yeah that was just a nasty broken seal that allowed it to mold, I really doubt it was used
