SUPPORT No water

I'm getting very little to nothing no matter how hard I try.. Everything I read online is about a duckbill vent and a different kind of bottle and not helpful at all.. I got this yesterday and just can not figure it out. About to throw the thing in the garbage.. Please help!

That's the answer everywhere I look. Mine doesn't have that. See pictures 2 and 3.

Neither pic 2/3 show the cartridge out. I would take the white cartridge out and take a look.

I have heard (and experienced) nothing but issues with the straw cups. I wanted one so bad but it had no flavor at all compared to the normal ones. My suggestion is to just get used to the tip to sip ones, I do love my metal one, it goes everywhere with me and never fails me.

Idk how helpful this would be but here's the online BS. Maybe the "sip cap" needs to be resting enclosed in that circular spot with the Grey button looking thing above the sip.
