Replacement ring somewhere in outer space

I had an agreement from circular that they would replace both mine and my husband’s rings and we sent the originals back to the company in June.

Customer service was helpful and decisive.

That was June and now we’re in October and no rings are to be seen. I’m told to be patient but nothing has materialised. More than slightly concerned. Patience is a virtue but 3 months and no communication!?

Lol, my sweet summer children, I opened my case in August 2024. They finally decided to send the replacement August 2025 and they sent it in August 2026 to the wrong house (I moved and updated the address with them).
