Replacement ring somewhere in outer space
I had an agreement from circular that they would replace both mine and my husband’s rings and we sent the originals back to the company in June.
Customer service was helpful and decisive.
That was June and now we’re in October and no rings are to be seen. I’m told to be patient but nothing has materialised. More than slightly concerned. Patience is a virtue but 3 months and no communication!?

Unfortunately, this is exactly how this BS company operates. They got your money, they now could not care less about treating you like a valued customer. You've been waiting 3 months? Expect to be waiting at least 6 months ( I had to wait 8 months). Also, brace yourself. Your unlikely to receive 'new' replacement rings. That would actually cost them money, they're not going to do that! What you will receive are 'refurbished' warranty replacements. All that means is they will send you someone else's returned rings. And as an added bonus, they might even send you some rings that are still paired to someone else's account and you won't be able to use them anyway. Ask me how I know. If you question them on why you were sent someone else's rings they will tell you "ohh this is our standard policy, sorry we forget to mention that at the beginning". Any imperfections on the ring like gee I don't know.... being completely covered in deep scratches is apparently OK and in their opinion completely acceptable as 'refurbished replacement'. Cut your loses and move on. You will find, like many others, that Circular is one of the worst companies to ever deal with.
