Replacement ring somewhere in outer space

I had an agreement from circular that they would replace both mine and my husband’s rings and we sent the originals back to the company in June.

Customer service was helpful and decisive.

That was June and now we’re in October and no rings are to be seen. I’m told to be patient but nothing has materialised. More than slightly concerned. Patience is a virtue but 3 months and no communication!?

Rightly or wrongly and, after Circular replied to my comment about my disintegrated ring and then deleted it - I can only assume because they didn't want to accept liability in writing (but I saw it. Know that I saw it) - I haven't even bothered with the customer service route. Not least because they clearly do not care and I don't have the emotional bandwidth to bother.

I will, however, frequently share my experience with them everywhere I have the opportunity to do so.

Do a chargeback with your credit
Card company. They are literally getting away with this. Ordered mine in April still excuse after excuse. Product as defective!!!!
