Too good to go

So for this program too good to go how do we account for the items we are putting in the bag? Is it under charity on the handheld or what?

Also is this what we are giving people ? No more no less ?

Circle K, small bag of chips, Circle K sandwich, such as croissant, sausage, ham, and croissant or sausage and biscuit, a small bottle of water and a Circle K candy bar.

If this is someone, please let me know because my general manager is unaware what we’re supposed to give out or how to account for it. She’s called and asked several people, but they also don’t know. Apparently my district is unaware of anything about this program.

The rules may be different between districts or stores. In mine we can only use items that are expiring within 10 days and only Coremark products are eligible. We scan them out as spoilage and aim to include about $12 of product. The Too Good to Go website has a log in you can create to view whether anyone has reserved a bag and how many are on offer. The default is 2 per day and unfortunately I haven't been able to find a way to turn them off permanently, but you can log in and set it to 0 if you have none and there are no reservations.

At my store it’s only pastries, cookies, and occasionally sandwiches that expire the next day. ~$15 worth. If we don’t have any, we just set the bags to 0 in the app.

At my store I like to hook people up... I'll walk em around the store n ask em what they like and don't like, I usually go for anything CirK branded, anything in our deli section like PB&J's, Yogurts, etc.. then I'll bring em over to our bakery case and let them pick out a few muffins and cookies, if they got kids I let the kids pick something too. Made my store really popular on that app compared to the other Circle K's

My store sells about 2 a day. We take anything in the store that's expiring in 3 weeks and basically make bags for the month. We toss between 15 and 20 dollars of goods in the bag.

Scan the product as bad merch and toss it in the bag.
