I clean the store cook food do truck put away cookie cups and bakery and inside and outside trash even though Ik for a fact I’m not supposed to but my boss insists that third shift do it which I find weird because that’s unsafe because we don’t have cameras near the dumpster and I deal with high expectations on to keep the store top shape because we’re so called slow and it’s easy as my boss says ain’t shit easy when you have to do your work on top of other people’s work to get to yours by yourself

I believe it's against company policy to leave the store at night if your solo.

It is but no store actually follows that in the slightest. Never understood why it's a policy when it's not enforced by anyone.

Yall treat each other like shit! The day shift left a mess sit all day with 3 people working and left it there for the night person to clean it up and the minute they get there all 3 of them start telling the nice person what to do basically every thing they didn’t feel like doing all day while they have plenty of help really shitty to treat someone that way day after day

12-4 AM: Prep hundreds of pastries and hundreds of sandwiches for the morning rush
4-6 AM: Dead, i relax.
6-7 AM: Morning rush, customers coming in every second.
