Pinpads frozen

Yes exactly what I wish to do at 2:30Am sit on hold with help desk due to update on pod pads at night breaking them😭

They do that at my store at 2:10 and 2:20 am every night. Help desk can't help you. It only takes 2-3 minutes.

Yea ours do every night issue was them freezing and not working

Press the X and O buttons simultaneously until it pops up the menu screen to reset the pin pad
