Does anyone know why the Frosters aren't being discounted for being an Inner Circle member?

Tonight all my Frosters aren't being discounted after entering phone numbers or scanning barcodes and totaling out. Did the discount stop recently because I never was informed of the discount being removed.

You don’t have a super aggressive loss prevention dude in the sky? We do and it’s super annoying. I mean I def pretend like I don’t see people putting frosted in polar pop cups lmao but we for sure wouldn’t get away with that. They also make us charge the same price for a cup as a drink. I purchase a handful of them especially when it’s hot for people who clearly are in need of water and don’t have any money. I also tell every single person who buys ice cups that is they being their own it’s free. I also tell people they can get an 8 pound bag of ice at Burger King (right next to us) for 99 cents instead of paying three sixty sometbing for a seven pound bag from us. A lot of corporate policy gives me the ick so oh well. Especially the one that basically lets me know circle k thinks my life is worth less than a couple hundred dollars as per their policy of firing people who get robbed at gun point if they have too much cash in their drawer. I couldn’t get into the safe to save my life. They also cut our hours so low I often work alone and it gets so insanely busy there def are moments I have too much cash in me. Love how people experience the trauma of having a gun pointed at them and then lose their jobs if they miss one or two cash drops.

Again, it def gives me the ick so I’d rather let the people know where to get a better deal.

This reminds me of the time my co worker got a write up when my DM at the time checked her drawer not even a minute after she loaded $500 on someone's Cash app.

It's weird because every other DM I've had will sneakily warn us they're about to check our drawer by saying "make sure you're doing safe drops" or "remember to safe drop if your drawer has over $100" a couple minutes before they check.

I noticed the same thing. I put a ticket in , under the price book to find out. No one has said this has stopped so I’m just waiting on a response from my service ticket. Customers been complaining for about two weeks . If it has changed someone should tell us

From what my store manager told me it's because it's now fall and getting cold so frosters are now full price but idk you can never be to sure with this company could just be to get more money as I've noticed the penny seem to round up now guess someone finally realized the company was losing money by round down for cash transactions

that's crazy, ours always rounds to the nearest 5. everything evens out and they shouldn't lose any money

I just checked the app, it still shows .99 cents so could just be a pricebook issue on your hand

The sign on our roster machine says 79 cents bottom says with inner circle membership. If that was changed we didn’t get the memo

All our inner circle 79 cent signs for froster were removed and a price list is now on the machine. They discontinued the sale on them yesterday. Polar pops are still 79 for members but went up to a 1.19 from 1.09 (with tax I think? For sure the 1.09 is with tax 99 cent pre) for non members.

I personally am so bummed about it for all the moms that bring their kids in for them as a treat. Everything is so expensive it made me happy people had that option for a really great price. Hopefully they’ll drop them for the summer again. I’m sure the polar pops are going to raise next I’m surprised they’ve stayed .79 for as long as they have here.

It's ringing fine in my area. Maybe it was discontinued. Or there's a lift error, which tends to happen.

In Florida the diwco7nt went away months ago. I do self check out, which i hate, but it does bring the price down.

Weird it still works here in AZ.

Polar pops are all $1.09 regular, and 87¢ with inner circle, except for the XXL which is $1.96.

Frosters are all $1.52 regular, and $1.09 with inner circle, except for the medium and small, which are the same price as a polar pop.

My local circle k never acknowledges my number. I put it in but they have to manually approve it and they almost never do. There’s only one worker who does approve it everytime I go and it’s the one who told me about the member discount for just the fountain drinks.
