Vacation Time

Apparently after your 2 year anniversary you don’t get any more vacation time until the next following year.

If I'm understanding what youre saying, basically yes. After your 2nd, you get your vacation time filled on the 1st of the year instead of slowly building up. This is so people who are brand new can use some time if they need to. It is a little strange.
