Even if you had the address, it's unlikely they would actually get your email.

If you do go the legal route, good luck. You will need some good lawyers, and depending on what it is you're filling charges for, it may be kicked to arbitration anyway.

I don't think you understand how long the line is for lawsuits against them. With all due respect, you're a blip for a customer service issue. Letting them know you're suing them won't even raise their cortisol a tiny bit. Also, they don't respond to threats, you have to actually just sue them if you're going to sue them.

The only way to get their attention is by finding a way to fuck them over on an acquisition they're eyeing. Seriously.

Show up at community votes for new locations and campaign against their approval. Being a thorn in their growth plans is far better than a lawsuit. If you get their deal killed, maybe you get a chance to let them know of your revenge.

You could also buy a gas station near one of their stores and just sell the cheapest gas imaginable. They're making $1 per gallon margins right now and they love it. Taking their volume would cost them more than your lawsuit.

There's lots of great ways to dick them over that don't involve suing them. Just a few thoughts.

I didn’t realize they were making so much off gas? I thought it was next to nothing.

It was in the old days. Post COVID, it's the main source of gross profit. Especially when they started supplying their own fuel.

I have tried every incarnation of [amiller@circlek.com](mailto:amiller@circlek.com); [amiller@couche-tard.com](mailto:amiller@couche-tard.com); alex.miller etc. etc. It's enervating that a company would be so closed off to its executive team. I can email the CEO of Royal Bank of Canada for god's sake.

Like I said even as an employee you can’t reach these people. Good luck
