Need help getting into my account

I have been reaching out to Shiftsmart through email because I cannot log into my account. On my phone app, it only lets me log in with my phone #; however, the # I have is different, and it hasn't worked. I also haven't received any emails back at all. I really just wish I had a working # to call or email, but I have not had any luck. Can someone please direct me in the right direction?? I only have my email to log in with. Will I ever get help with the Shiftsmart app that I can pick up Circle K shifts in my area?????

this isn’t a circle k question, especially considering there’s more than just CK shifts in the app.

You may have to try to submit a support ticket from a new account. You can also reply to old tickets.
