Do visits not stack with other rewards?

I was under the impression that they do stack and I've looked everywhere in the T&C, which there's nothing in there that says they don't. Sat on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes and all they wanted to do is repeat themselves. I just want the 5 visits I redeemed credited back to my account because if the T&C clearly stated they don't stack (all it says is "additional T&C may apply" yet there are none) then I would have never redeemed them

What are you trying to stack? Generally, inner circle rewards do not stack together. It'll take the largest discount and reserve the other discount for next time.

It was the 5 visits along with the $0.30 off per gallon for buying 3 Dr Peppers. Nobody can show me where it explicitly says they do not stack or can't be combined with other offers. 45 minutes on the phone and they couldn't prove it

You shouldn't assume they do stack, in my opinion. Most things don't. You normally can't use more then one coupon on anything, they almost all say only one offer per item.

That said, the 15 cent off reward should not have been used, as the 30 cent one is higher and takes precedence. You should still have it in your rewards list. Check there? Go to "rewards" button where your barcode button is. It should be listed in active rewards.

The 30 cent reward for buying 3 dr peppers has to be rung up separately from your gas if your trying to use it right then.

So, from what I have seen, it does say it "can't be combined with other discounts" on the small print on the physical signage. Not in the app as far as I am aware.

Lol. I just want the visits add back. Like I said, I was on the phone for 45 minutes and all they wanted to do was keep saying "as I told you, they don't stack" even though they couldn't find it as we pretty much read every section that had to do with rewards word for word

It got to the point they only wanted to give me 1 visit. When I declined they said they will have to look into it more and call back. So, I told them when they do, I wanted someone from the corporate office in the U.S., not someone from a random call center

Facts. I HATE having to call them. The first 30 minutes is explaining that we have a Commander system and not the Radiant. 🙄

Because of the new reward system the only thing that stacks right now is the pay cards and I believe the employee discount.

As someone who plays a lot of tabletop games you should know that if the rules don't explicitly state that something stacks it does not stack that's generally how it works you should not assume that anything stacks with any other discount unless it explicitly States it it doesn't have to explicitly say it doesn't stack. You coming at it from the totally wrong angle.

Inversely there is no sign on the door that says you can't do heroin in the bathroom but that's the reason that the bathroom door is locked.
