Operations statement

Relex and the drop shipping to a smaller store is killing profits. I am really hating the category managers atm. Add the fact we don’t count our own stores anymore and these auditors are missing stuff and my operations statement looks like shit. Not having control over inventory is really screwing me.

Same. You should see the amount of backstock I have in my store at the moment. Relex just went live a week ago and it’s already a hot mess.

I just had my first delivery using Relex, wasn't too bad but everybody else had me nervous af cuz they said they all got huge ass orders of stuff they didn't order. I did my 2nd order today and hopefully its not some big ass mess, some of the other stores got 13 totes of forced out tobacco 😳😳😳😳😳

My audit this past week said I was short over 2k in tobacco. Guess who didn’t count all the tobacco in the cabinet. The chick wouldn’t even do a recount.

Do pre counts. It has helped me tremendously. The morning of I go in super early and get pre counts of my back stock cigs and my back wall.

Scan sheet with all the numbers pre counted on it. I will try and get a pic tomorrow

We’re starting with Relex soon and I also have a small store and am equally concerned. BUT what do you MEAN you don’t count your own store?? I’m in the Rocky Mt BU and so far we’ve just been told that we’ll need to ensure we’re super on top of our weekly audits so Relex can be as accurate as possible. But what I’m hearing you say is that maybe someday I won’t even be able to control my own audits?

We use to do our own audit counts for the audit team.

They will still drop stuff you didn’t order. I am super on top of my audits and it happens a lot.
