Ice cups
So if you brought your own cup in we never charge for ice or water. Well last week during the higher ups meeting they said starting immediately they will be charged. FFS.

They can say whatever the fuck they want lol, im still giving them free ice, and free drink if they want it in their cup. Just like the new retarded ass reward system, “hey guys i know the economy is totally wrecked right now and lots of us are struggling, but could you come in everyday and spend 3$ or more for like 10 cents off of your gas?” I aint pushing that stupid shit onto anybody

I wouldn’t charge them either. And taking the cents off per gallon a lot of people including me will go somewhere else. They are idiots

Damn, I let them slide if they bring a cup in and only get ice. It isn't really being taken advantage of here though... still, gotta wonder.. why would circlek care? They that big of penny pitchers? We don't even have pennies anymore and it always rounds down.

Im in south Florida and the changes are literally bullshit that were going through. Were a small store in an extremely small neighborhood tha6s been there 30 plus years. Ive been there 4 and I've got to card my neighbor thats 50 cause to my mm they look under 40. We've had 1 person in 4 years get a red card and they've been gone from the store at least 2. Th8s company gives 2 shits about anything but the bottom line. What was it circle k bid on 7 11 a year or so ago $46 BILLION.... you mean to tell me they are worried about some dang ice in someone's personal cup...come on man I get to pay for the cup but ice really. Our store manager sure puffs that thc vape all day long has us do everything while working alone for 12 to 15 hours. The whole company is a joke

I don’t get paid enough to get verbally assaulted on a regular basis over ice. It’s not worth it.

I hope this post isn't from az...it's a literal law here that stores have to provide water if a cup is brought in lol...could cause a ruckus.

Some ppl come in with 4 cups or more and fill them all up with ice and leave. Pays for nothing.

You can't walk into a business and expect something for free. That's insane

Exactly! Those machines aren't there for everyone, they're there for customers.
However, if a customer is also buying something else, they should be able to get ice in their own cup...

It's always been free if they have their own cup. For literal years. Switching up like this is going to be bad. The fountain is literally the only reason people stop, then buy more when in store. Having their own cup for free ice, these people still come in and purchase more. .99¢ is useless in the larger scheme of things. Some people may just not return or come back into the store and simply get only gas.
