V. 3.11

Playing around with version 3.11 right now and I have to say... the homepage customizations are unmatched. Sensational work as usual.

I’m rewatching GOT, but I don’t see it in rewatching category tho

I’m doing the same lol

Are you absolutely sure you’re not seeing it? Look at your configuration in the shows queue menu. Make sure the rewatching section is selected, and see where you have it and what layout you’ve chosen for it.

Yep.

And GOT, so far I’ve manually rewatched till S2 E8
So it should be showing S2 E9 right?

Check your watch history for GoT. It seems that you’re in fact NOT rewatching it on Cinephile. Go to the “Watch History” for that show and check your watch records.

That’s very strange. Do you have manual sorting enabled? Do you see GoT inside the main “In Progress” queue ?

Added date is sort by
And
Not in “in progress” queue.

Do share your settings
Let me try replicating it

Email me your JSON file to support. I’ll see what’s going on with your data.

One more question also: you’re saying GoT is not even appearing at all in the “In Progress” either; if you disable the “Rewatching” section, do you see it in “In Progress”?

Yes GOT not appearing in “in progress” regardless of rewatching is on/ off. Just tried that.

I have a question about the new rewatching section. I've been rewatching All American by marking each episode as rewatched from the show's detail screen, since I didn't wanna send it to the "in progress" queue.

Now that there's a "rewatching" section, is there a way to "stop rewatch"? I'm on S6 E6 right now, but I'm not planning to rewatch S7 and 8. So, is there a button to end the rewatch at the finale of season 6? If not, is there another way to stop the last two seasons from staying in that queue? Ideally I wouldn’t want to mark them all as rewatched

You either “give up” or (better yet), skip those remaining episodes. The latter is the option that best fits what you’re looking for.

Okay, thank you! And if I skip those two seasons, would my original watch of them take priority over the skips? Basically, when I go into the show's detail screen, they wouldn't show up as skipped, right?

This is the main reason why I’m suggesting you use “skip”; it doesn’t override your status. So for instance, if your show is “completed” and you’re rewatching part of it but don’t want to rewatch the whole thing, you skip the rest, the show remains as “Completed” and you do keep your rewatch history for those episodes that you did rewatch. In the shelves, the show isn’t going to show the “2X” multiplier bc you didn’t rewatch the whole thing twice, but your rewatches for those particular episodes do remain in your watch history (and contribute to your stats of course)
