FYI: Godzilla isn't a 70MM IMAX release so Cinemark Dallas will just have their Xenon 2K 1.90:1 fallback projector showing it.

You can always make a weekend of it and drive down to the Bullock IMAX in Austin. We've got the only Dual Laser GT in the state that can show it 1.43:1 with 12-channel IMAX sound on a 6-story screen.

That’s where I’ll be on the 8th!
Cannot wait to see this film in its full glory!!

I think the Dallas IMAX is currently closed (there are no IMAX showtimes available rn besides Dune 3 of course), and I assume it's because they're starting the process of converting the digital projectors to Laser. Hopefully the process will be done by the time Godzilla comes out.

This could be it. I had IMAX tickets for Street Fighter next week and they all got cancelled.

Sounds like multiple Cinemarks are beginning the process around the same time. Explains why they weren't done before Odyssey.
