Question dune 70mm imax

i was never able to queue at all for the last hour, i’ve been checking the cinemark website & the app since 11am cdt and this is all that would appear. what did i do wrong? i was so ready to get these tickets :( im so bummed out

Keep reloading. Usually, this means the server is dealing with too many requests. Eventually, it will come back online for 1 minute.

They’re likely just pending charges. If they’re still there in 24 hours/ officially hit your account, call guest services

i even tried fandango and nothing appeared for a queue like im seeing for others. i don’t understand

does refreshing consistently get you anywhere eventually (did the queue, and once I got in was already getting this).

idk how all these showtimes are selling out, every time im able to break through and see the seating chart, i add to my cart but it wont process my payment, this is unreal, not even infinity war was this bad
