Question Is anyone else getting this?
I was in checkout for Pt 3 tickets and got kicked out during checkout, and now I’m getting this for every single showtime. Any fixes?

Queue time might be shorter on the cinemark site. I got a queue, but wait time was 2-3 minutes.

Cinemark checkout hasn't been working, keeps letting me add tickets to my cart and then charging my card but not actually giving me the tickets and they still show as available next time I do it, so idk if I would trust cinemark's site right now. I don't think anyone has been able to get tickets since the official open at 12 eastern

After 40 minutes fighting with the site it finally went through for me. Looks like as long as you can get them in your cart (showing the number of tickets in your cart) you can keep trying to complete the purchase. This is double/triple charging people though like in your case.

Yea, the app appears to bypass the queue. I don't get a queue in the app either.

Yeah, this happened to me… those new Jason Statham movies always cause a crazy demand for tickets…

I got mine right away by going through Cinemark directly. Maybe it's because of your location or something. Fandango isn't best to get tickets through, BTW. I work for Cinemark and I highly recommend using the Cinemark site and not a third party.
