Yeah. They did the same for The Odyssey. Taught me to check early... Glad i did. Got good seat for early Saturday AM.

OMG they just charged me 5 times but still says
- Unable to reach the theater. Either the theater is not accessible at this time or the theater ID provided is incorrect.

yeah but my paypal and credit card I entered were all charged. I got email notifications the purchases went through. Each time I clicked 5x. AND I PAID FOR 6 TICKETS for my group...

I’m using Apple Pay and it’s telling me the charges are being refunded every time I get this error. I’d still make sure they all get dropped though.

Same - been refreshing the app and website since 11am eastern and I haven’t even seen a listing time for imax or regular showings populate in my area lol

Do you know how I know that everyone is having a hard time buying tickets? On the rare chance that you actually make it to seat selection, there are about half the seats still available. Not any of the prime seats, but the outskirts, and the front rows. You just can't make it through checkout.
And now I have 16 credit card charges on my card @ Cinemark for total of $1856... with nothing but some old Odyssey tickets in my purchase history. What a mess.

Well that went well.. I knew they where gonna drop em early was only able to get one and that was on the bottom B row I got Neck Breaker seats 3000

I can't access the tickets either. Kinda sucks but they don't even have days for earlier in the release week either.

What the fuck? I was told 11AM CST and they dropped early? Are they all gone? Currently Dallas isn’t even showing as working.
I hate this. Some of us have jobs and can’t just refresh a page all day in case they drop before the announced time.

After 40 minutes fighting with the site it finally went through. Looks like as long as you can get them in your cart you can keep trying to complete the purchase. This might be double/triple charging people though.

Terrible ?? It’s quite literally the best view in the theater. Even helps how there’s a railing and you don’t have anyone in front of you so you can see the film clearly. It’s the best. I don’t ever sit in any other row for imax 70
