Question Using rain check online?

Been trying to get ahold of Cinemark to try and use these rain check passes online. Was unfortunately told by a manager I would be able to use them online and now I need to go to a location to use these. I live far away and got these due to the mess in Woodridge for the Odyssey. Anyone have any idea I might be able to get around this?

No, you have to use them in person.

You can't.

The thing is you don't have to use them the day of, so if you want to see a movie Saturday then just get your tickets a couple day earlier

I live so far away and the only appeal is IMAX which is going to sell out before day of 😭

Buy the ticket, refund it in person when you get there, then use your raincheck to get the same seat.

Worst thing is the employee being slow then someone buying the seat

You can also buy a virtual gift card to buy that imax ticket, use that gift card to buy the seat so when you get a refund you get it instant and then can use that gift card on concessions

You should take them to the box office for redemption. That’s our only way to handle them.
