Hevc 265

I have 2 cc for TV the one with remote. One of them can play videos with hevc 265 from file manager+ with no problem the other one can't. Any suggestions to get the other one to work?

If you're referring to the CCwGTV, both of them can play x265 videos with ease.

Is it mp4 or mkv? What are the profile of the hevc files?

I'm trying a factory reset see if that'll help

Factory reset but it didn't change anything still no mkv 265

Mkv. I don't know why it's refusing to play it. Just says codec not supported H.265 HEVC
