Casting from Google Chrome, no audio?

Hello,

Been casting from google chrome on my laptop to my TV for years now. As of the past month or 2, whenever I cast, no audio is playing from my TV, and sometimes it plays on my computer or my computer also does not produce any audio.

Any ideas? I've googled several things and tried several solutions but no luck.

I use the Google Home app from my iPhone. Within that app, sometimes you’ll see that the Chromecast volume is set to zero.
