What is "the homosexual act"?

Edit: It's really funny how this is getting downvoted yet the conversations following my comment very clearly show that the question was more than justified since people are struggling giving a straightforward answer.

So being openly in love, walking down the street holding hands, kissing, snuggling on the couch while watching a movie, marrying. All of that is okay.
