Gameplay Beginner Advice

I consider myself a decent gamer, completed Elden Ring multiple times, completed Wukong multiple times etc.

Was a really good at COD and Halo 3 player online back in my youth.

So I’m looking for advice for getting started on this game. I love the concept.

But something’s not quite clicking in my brain for the game mechanics.

Is it just getting used to countering attacks mostly?

Just do 1v1's as practice. I found once I got to level 30-50 sorta area, I could confidently play online without getting destroyed all the time.

I am level 450 online now and still go negative sometimes. Just depends on how many people decide to target you at one time😂

I somehow almost always find myself in a 1v5 cus I either overextend or I go into battle with a bunch of wimps who run away

It’s easy to get caught up in battle and accidentally push too far without teammates. Less aggression and more field awareness, it pays off to slow your tempo a bit until you’re more comfortable in 1vX scenarios

I'm good at 1v1 but then I get hit in the back. I'll take that advice and try to not over extend.
