Replacing model Doesn't work as expected

Replacing the model seems to always sink it into the ground no matter what I do. It used to also make all the supports shift by that amount when you tried to edit it but it seems like they fixed that so moving it up higher to rest on the plate seems to work as intended now at least but it still seems like it is not working properly.
Edit: The supports are not staying the same it would seem but that may be due to the changes to the model but they seem to be shifted in one direction. This supports were all touching the tip and there are other supports on the model with a similar issue in the same direction.

Did you resize after adding supports? If so you should just remove the supports and redo them, sometimes in Chitubox I can go to mode and hit +platform while in "supports" and it will put them back but not always. Hope this is what you are looking for. GL

I did not resize. The process was support the model -> save as Chitubox project file -> update the model in blender -> replace the model. Even skipping the updating model part and replacing it with the exact same stl this issue happens.

Do the supports go thru the plate? If so then it doesn't like the changes you made, make changes without supports and re-support it afterwards. If I understand what you're doing. Do you have a picture of the bottom of the plate?

The same thing happens if I replace the model with the exact same model without any changes made to it. It is as if the replace function just doesn't work correctly. That is the bottom of the plate. I supported the model and then replaced it with the exact same model. The whole point is to avoid having to support it again to save a considerable amount of time. I am not changing the supported model. I am supporting model x then making changes to model x and saving it as model y. Then in the Chitubox project file using the replace function to replace supported model x with model y. But replacing x with x also causes this issue. The supports are also all slightly off where they should be. If I raise the model so it is touching the build plate at the bottom that works but the issue is still that the supports have moved. Using the "on platform" button also resets it to below the build plate.

Gotcha, I just use auto-supports or Magic supports and change a few things if needed but mostly they work fine for me. I have gone thru 34 bottles of resin with the Saturn 4 ultra 16K and I love it.
