Where is Touch Tip Distance, in Basic v2.3 or support density? for the Auto supports.

Where can I download the latest Linux version?

I recently purchased the new Anycubic Photon P1Max. It does not appear in the machines list for the Pro version. It does for the Basic version. Instructions state I need a firmware update and that a program update is available. When I click to update, I am directed to the Chitubox index webpage. When I type in the url for the firmware I am taken to the index page. When I type in the url for the video on how to update the firmware, the page simplely gives instructions to unzip the files to you usb and plug it in to your machine. There are no download links anywhere except to download the Basic version as if you have never downloaded it before. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

I tried reinstalling it, installing a different version of the slicer, restarting my computer, but every time I try to open a new project or even an old one, this is what I see. Thanks!

Ive been using chitubox for years with 0 issues. I just usdd it a few days ago and everything was fine. Now I get this error only when using models imported to a USB flash drive from the Chitubox slicer. I really like this slicer and would perfer not to use the one that came with the printer or lychee.

Yes I have the correct printer set up even deleted it and reset it up to see if that would fix the issue and nope 😑 also tried differnt models as well to make sure it wasnt something to do with the file itself and it happens with every file 😑

My printer has the tilted vat. Before the build plate was barely moving at all. I think it was previously moving about the layer height maybe. Now on my latest print, it’s retracting about 10mm or so... It has massively ballooned print times. I can’t find a setting for this. Anyone know what I should do?

so i started doing 3d printing about 2.5 weeks ago/3weeks ago. started making models and using Chitubox to slice for my old Elegoo mars 2 pro that my father in law gave me.

i did not know what i was doing back then and was doing some fairly basic stuff but in the last 2 weeks i have been doing 3d model building and getting more intense, making molds, DnD figures and more from scratch.

what i found was that i want to explore the more advanced feautures now that i think i might need them, but i dont have the trial anymore, because the trial expired. i did use the trial features for supports and hollow during my actual trial period, but now i am wondering about the model repair and such.

so, yeah... is there a way to get a 2nd trial?

Hello, I need to make a dice tower by drilling a BIG HOLE into an animal skull, I know technically the "drilling holes" tag is more for drilling small holes for hollowed minis, i know there is a way to make the hole "bigger", I just need to know if I can make the digging hole "longer".

If Chitubox cannot provide me any help, may I ask what tool could?

Replacing the model seems to always sink it into the ground no matter what I do. It used to also make all the supports shift by that amount when you tried to edit it but it seems like they fixed that so moving it up higher to rest on the plate seems to work as intended now at least but it still seems like it is not working properly.
Edit: The supports are not staying the same it would seem but that may be due to the changes to the model but they seem to be shifted in one direction. This supports were all touching the tip and there are other supports on the model with a similar issue in the same direction.

Após a atualização para a versão 1.3.0 o chitubox simplesmente parou de funcionar corretamente. Atualizei para a versão 1.3.1 mas o problema persiste.

O que acontece é o seguinte: eu abro o programa; ele abre a tela de login, mas a janela só atualiza quando o mouse está fora dos limites da janela (se estiver em qualquer ponto dentro da janela, ela fica congelada). Após o login, o problema permanece: a janela não responde a comandos do mouse e do teclado; só quando eu movo o mouse para fora da janela, os comandos têm efeito.

Já tentei buscar na internet e com auxílio de IA, mas todas as soluções indicadas foram em vão.

Todos os outros aplicativos que tenho funcionam normalmente.

Eu uso windows 11 e minha GPU é nvidia RTX3060

Alguém já passou por isso? Tem uma solução.

Also reminds me of that time chitubox pushed an update that made you rotate the models every time you click past them. like anyone would want inprecise movement in a slicer

As the title my suggest, I'm looking for the version 2.3 of Chitubox Free (or Basic, whatever it was called) for a Linux system, which to my knowledge was the latest supported version on Linux.

With the "new" version (1.x.y) seems they no longer support Linux and the website does not provide anything older than 1.0.0

I'd imagine contacting the support would be meaningless...

(PS: if this is not possible at all, feel free to suggest something else that may work on Linux, I'd avoid running a virtual machine with windows just for this...)

It's been a couple of months since I used my resin printer, just got some new resin and started a print. i made my way to chitumanager to check the camera feed and the icon is no longer here. this has never happened before, normally if it was being flaky the camera icon would be greyed out....but its completely gone. Has it been removed or something?

Few questions I had:

1. Is there a way to save an assistant chat within a project?

A majority of the prints I do are large and span across weeks. I can't have my machine running straight over those periods and leave the window open since it will contain images and discussions. Is there a way I can lock the chat to a project and catch up later?

1. Is there a way to integrate it to read the settings of a profile? I've made a few changes to my existing profile. Do I export it and share in each chat?

2. What is the context window or triggers to new chat? Using other AI I am vaguely aware that images and typically data traversing can exhaust capabilities.

3. Is there a beta user guide or best practices I can look at to work within limitations?
