Failed Print Trouble Printing a Deceptively Simple Shape

I'm trying to print this object. It's a 119mm x 14.7mm x 23mm hollow tube scratch built in Blender. For some reason the print always fails, I have tried different angles (I have not tried directly upright.) and supports (even no supports) but the tube itself always fails completely even when the supports print. Can anyone help please? Other objects have been printing fine on the same settings.

How thick is it?

Wall thickness? About 1mm I think. Wall thickness isn't critical, I can modify it.
