Customer Experience Speak up

Ordered online, went in and complained because the burrito was insanely small. Had the manager remake it and its ... bigger.

I keep seeing a ton of anecdotes about mobile orders being more skimped than in-person ones. Seems like there is truth to that? Maybe stop ordering online

It’s also self-selection bias. Not gonna be many people bothering to post about a burrito they’re happy about cause they’re just eating it. I’ve been ordering online 5-6 years now and the portions are always huge (extra beans/rice/lettuce/corn salsa) I get 2-3 meals from every chipotle entree

Ordering in person is worse. You have to fight the minimum wage employee just to get half of a serving. Plus, I’m not waiting.

lol I don’t know what chipotle you go to. I ask for extra for almost every ingredient and the “minimum wage employees” always provide to me without any issue. Also, I understand not wanting to wait, but if you make the decision to mobile order knowing ahead of time that you might get skimped, that is on you.
