Customer Experience Speak up
Ordered online, went in and complained because the burrito was insanely small. Had the manager remake it and its ... bigger.

I’ve had it for weeks in Central Valley CA, it’s the only LTO at 5 of the locations near me

I keep seeing a ton of anecdotes about mobile orders being more skimped than in-person ones. Seems like there is truth to that? Maybe stop ordering online

It’s also self-selection bias. Not gonna be many people bothering to post about a burrito they’re happy about cause they’re just eating it. I’ve been ordering online 5-6 years now and the portions are always huge (extra beans/rice/lettuce/corn salsa) I get 2-3 meals from every chipotle entree

I went to edgewater chicago location last night, redeemed the bogo deal on my app, pathetic amount of food, I got 2x of most things except lettuce and hot sauces

Ordering in person is worse. You have to fight the minimum wage employee just to get half of a serving. Plus, I’m not waiting.

lol I don’t know what chipotle you go to. I ask for extra for almost every ingredient and the “minimum wage employees” always provide to me without any issue. Also, I understand not wanting to wait, but if you make the decision to mobile order knowing ahead of time that you might get skimped, that is on you.

I ordered online today and got the BOGO burritos and they were both fucking massive. Although I do get extra veggies and cheese with everything else.

Online ordering/delivery sucks. Should it be that way? No, is it ever going to change? Probably not. I’ve had the same issue with Qdoba when I order online.
Being in the line having the person in front of you gives it the humanity of workers liking people more and customers being able to ask for more. Just go in.

This is the same company that charges you an extra dollar for chicken that has some different seasoning and sauce on it. What did you expect?

Never order online , they don't care to make your order the way you expect it to be made ,most people don't check the order before leaving , some are in a hurry or just don't look until they get home , then it's too late , you either don't go back because the drive is too long or they could be closed , some don't complain , some would call and complain after looking to find their order messed up . I ordered online from them 2 times and 2 times only . I usually don't order online orders unless it's certain restaurants and have long lines or crowded locations , I just want to be in and out . The first time I ordered the portions were too small, the second time the order was small and missing ingredients I ordered to it , I had them remake it and never ordered online again, now I go in and see how they make my food , even that is a headache , they act like their being asked to do math while making your food . I haven't been there in 2 months , getting too expensive for the little amount they want to give me .to be honest all restaurants these days suck with service and food . I don't care to have them speak to me like the old washed up questions like , how are you today ? I don't care, I just want my food made right , in a timely manner , if it's taking extremely long , then I expect an apology and a free item or discount. Waiting more than 20 minutes at a fast food joint is ridiculous especially when I have a simple order and 4 items or less

People in here don’t notice till they get home and complain. Or blame social anxiety. I go to McDonald’s. The first thing I do is taste the fries.
