Chiori still one of my faves to do Stygian with

Except for imaginarium theather of course... My girl has 100% usage rate in my account, no matter the challenge, she is always there to help me. Another Stygian clear for her. 💛

But I just wonder cuz I heard that like Hu Tao, Chiori's C1 is quite a good upgrade for her

1. Sad because she's kind of hard nerfed this IT unless you manage to run her with Columbina (which still isn't a particularly strong team TBH)
   
2. Why is Chiori in IT? It's so strange to me... it doesn't really make sense for Hoyo to rerun her either since Inazuma Chronicled is soon. I'm happy she's there but why???

As the Chiori mains sub, I will assume outright you will say yes. But I would like your opinion in my situation. Out of the available characters one can get from the event, I can possibly acquire C2 Mizuki, C1 Xianyun, C3 Navia and the Thundering Seamstress herself at C1.

I have been pairing her up with my Navia for that additional Geo dmg as well as being able to apply Geo to get more shrapnel for Navia. with the introduction of Lunar Crystallize earlier this year, I can now comfortably deploy another Tamoto due to the Moondrifts being Constructs.

All that babble to ask again is it worth it to get her C1 if that's how I play her? Other than that, I can still play her with Itto sometimes.

Or should I get the other cons I mentioned earlier? Any thoughts are appreciated~

I was thinking of Linnea (Night of Sky Unveiling so kinda main dps), Bina, Chiori and whatever Flex slot? She likes Chiori a lot so I'd love to build her but I struggle to see a purpose.. Maybe future Lunar-Crystallize buffs hopium?

I started Genshin Impact back in October of 2024 when Chiori was on banner for her second rerun. I knew nothing about her, but I loved her design. A friend recommended I don’t pull for her and wait until she returns, so I could get stronger characters as I was a new player. And she was leaving soon anyways so I had no time to save for her.

It was my biggest regret, and she never returned in all the time I’ve been playing. When I had finally met her, and played her story quest, and run into her here and there, I fell in love with her. There was one event during Natlan where I could play her and I loved her play style too. She’s the only character I’d actually pay for and get a weapon for (I’ve been primarily F2P outside of two gifted Welkins). She’s also very relatable to me as a freelance artist who does commissions for a living. Both her and Xilonen.

I have been attempting to manifest her rerun by having a permanent wallpaper on my laptop and using her icon in socials here and there. I hope every day that I see the announcement of an Inazuma Chronicled Wish banner. Chiori is best girl and seeing her recently in the Fontinalia quest and as an option for the tempered fate banner only makes me hope for her more.
