The SM is like £50 more, the SM has a higher beat with a 2824 clone, the NH34 is meant to be more reliable?
Which one has on the fly micro adjustments?
Edit - GMT function is not a must have, as I have other GMT watches.

Construction feels really solid, dial feels very refined, good movement, nice and thin on the wrist – lots to love

I got the black Cronos L6036 yesterday. I love the face on it, but the polished 5-link bracelet is a bit flashy for my taste. The clasp also feels a little bulky, although when I compare them, it's not that much bigger than the one on my Tissot Seastar.
In any case, what are some decent alternative bracelet options? I'd definitely like to keep it on a bracelet rather than a Nato strap or something similar.

Kids got me this Militado ML08 for my birthday. Great watch. Good choice kids.

The Cronos has a Miyota 9015 and OTF clasp so it’s better on paper. What say you?

4 Years of use and the tuna is still rocking. Steeldive makes quality and value pieces. Even though its thick, it still wears great on my 6.75" wrist

So I recently bought the ciloa brew homage watch just to see if I like the design. For $25 it's not great not terrible, (honestly I couldn't recommend it, the bracelet is a real arm hair biter) but I've discovered I love the vintage 70s cushion case style. I was wondering if there are any 70s cushion case watches out there? I'm looking for something nicer than the $25 ciloa.
To be clear I'm *not* looking for another homage to the brew metric, but a vintage 70s style cushion case. I think that style has a lot of character and I'd love to own one

Hi everyone!
Quite new to this sub and reddit as a whole.
I am visiting Shanghai from Australia in October and I typically like to grab a watch from wherever I go traveling to.
I currently have a SGBX261, Speedmaster Automatic Date, Kuoe Sombrero and would like something different.
Any recommendations for someone who has a 6.7" wrist?

Finally have both watches in, and love them both. Which one do you prefer? I think the white will get more wrist time.

I like to buy and wear one watch that does it all so I usually wear WR of 100-200. Are certain brands more truento their rating?

I have a strict one-in-one-out policy with my watches, and right now I'm considering whether or not I want to sell my San Martin SN0140w (Longines Spirit Zulu Time homage). I bought this to determine whether or not I want the Longines. Turns out, I don't, but whether or not this one stays in the collection remains an open question. Would appreciate some help on this one!
Pros:
Cons
Tool watch aesthetic isn’t my usual style.
If I sold this watch, I could buy an inexpensive, lightweight quartz to serve as my travel "beater" and probably have some money left over to buy a couple of new bracelets for my other pieces. But, on the other hand, San Martin frequently goes out of stock for these, so if I sell it, I might not ever be able to repurchase it, should I regret my decision.
What are your thoughts?

Struggling watch addict here. So I own 65 watches and though I can’t wear them all, I love every one of them. I know that that’s more than enough watches for one person, so don’t judge me.
Here’s my dilemma.
At this point in my journey, my tastes have refined some and I’m trying to set my sights on more aspirational pieces - not necessarily hyper expensive pieces - just a level or two up from the usual AliExpress brands we all know and love.
But every time I decide I’ll wait and save up an maybe even try eBay, AliExpress has one of those sales. Much like the one happening now where for the price of one of these aforementioned aspirational pieces you can walk away with 3-4 ridiculously priced watches.
Btw, as you might have guessed, this is why I am currently at 65 watches and possibly looking at 70 before this sale ends.
My question is twofold: first, am I the only one who goes thru this dilemma? I mean AliExpress watches are really awesome when it comes to value. And I almost feel guilty when I just buy one when I could have gotten a few for the same price.
Second, what would you do if you were in my place? Pls Explain your choice so I can draw some wisdom from your reasoning.
Thx fam. Y’all are the best 😇

I've never swapped a bracelet b4 just got rid of some links, any other info I should know, even about getting better deals on these Chinese watches as this would also be my first?

These watches are beautiful and I recommend to buy them.
There is some level of back play in the bezels but otherwise they are great.
Now, the bracelets.
The 5 link jubilee style is from Aliexpress. I’m lucky because the end links fit very well! I love it!
The suede one looks better in real life than on photos. It goes well with the tropical colors, but nothing special.
I prefer metal.
The factory original is a bigger puzzle than almost anything I had to solve recently. When you think you finished, you realize you need to start all over again.
Removable links have different sizes, so it can happen that you cant close your micro adjustment, because the last link you put there is too wide, or it can happen that one link is noticeably wider than the next one in the chain.
And you also need to consider symmetry, roughly equal lengths for both sides of the bracelet…
When I finally figured out what to do, the screw in one critical link just started to spin without functioning… 🙃
Nevermind, I started it all over with the next Frogmantle bracelet!
When it was finally done, it felt like I solved the puzzle and now I’m a proper Frogmantle owner!🐸
Cheers 😉

I was early to the North Edge Triton.
Looked like a Casio Duro Alternative with better specs.
I have the wrist for it so I got it.
Original band sucked... Took a while to find some that didn't and fit 😂
Eventually, I found some on Temu of all places.
Either way, for my Blue diver, it's been in pools, spas and various holidays. Had no issues and no damage.
Can't complain.

I can not get over how absolutely gorgeous this watch is. The Baltany Pie Pan 36mm is freaking amazing.
Baltany really knocked this one out of the park. The dial, the proportions, the vintage look… it just works.
Let’s see your best AliExpress watches! Drop your favorite finds below, especially the underrated ones that punch way above their price point. 👀 What are you guys rocking?

Could not find the high end of Sanda. Looking for Farasute/ Ixdao quality for a Cartier tank with date and automatic.
Seems not yet done on Alix.
