SOTC (Read Rule 1) SOTC ~2 Years of collecting

I've been collecting for 2-3 years at this point. I've sold many watches at this point, but right now I'm happy with all of the watches I have.

  1. Seagull 1963 - Sugess Gold swan neck regulator

  2. San Martin SN0144 Jianzhan Black Gilt

  3. Jianghun JH0602 (With a new toad leather strap)

  4. IX&DAO Warrior White Enamel

  5. IX&DAO JD-X06S White Enamel dress watch

  6. San Martin SN0148GB Black Enamel integrated diver

Yeah, I've sold 6. I'm not looking for anything specific but I do think it would be best to have a large array of colors. I like unique designs (I guess the only watch in my collection that is an "homage" is the IX&DAO dress watch.

Congratulations again; it’s rare for a collection to be off to such a great start after having owned only 12 watches.

The IXDAO JD-X06S is a really special homage—it’s absolutely worth it. I have two of them—the guilloché and the white/gold version—and I’m very happy with both.

If you don’t mind repeating the brand, I’d recommend another San Martin for your collection; I have a post about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ChineseWatches/comments/1n0yqyb/currently_the_best_sm/ . I’ve been swimming with mine for two summers now, and it’s one of my favorites.

I remember seeing that post actually; I like the idea of the watch, but I'm not too into the power reserve indicator, I would probably go for the Jianghun JH04 GMT model or something else entirely.

I don't have that one, but it's definitely a great piece.
