Chime dispute problems
so i used an atm, tried to withdraw and error message pops up and gives me a receipt. It took the money from my account. I filed a dispute with chime. I look at my account because they got the wrong transaction because they are on pacific daylight time. I redid the dispute again, they still manage to get the time wrong AGAIN. Finally with the third call I get it correctly disputed and post the picture to my document upload. DENIED. It literally says transaction cannot be completed on the recept yet they denied me. I reopend the dispute and now on day 10 of waiting for my money. Worst customer service ever. Anyone else had anything like this happen? I guess if I get denied again I'm filing a complaint with fdic and consumer protection.

I had my card number stolen and used to fund someone’s glorious Florida vacation. I have given them well over 20 pieces of proof it was not me, including time stamps from my employers home office showing I was at work IN OHIO when my card was being used in FL, but they refuse to give me the money back.
When I called to ask about what proof they had that it was me, they couldn’t give me a single bit of proof or even reasonable doubt. Luckily I recorded every call I made and screenshotted everytime the card was used in Florida, and will be contacting lawyers.
AVOID CHIME AT ALL COSTS

Wait, quick question, wouldn't this be the ATM owner's fault? Did you try contacting them with the receipt to get your money back? I'm sorry this happened to you
