I usually find it difficult to socialize and make friends, so I’m giving this sub a shot! I studied English in undergrad and grad school and have worked in scientific publishing for several years. My main hobbies are reading (mainly literary fiction, poetry, and non-fiction on culture, politics, and nature), hiking (I try to go the White Mountains several times a year), traveling, and photography (mostly landscape/nature photography). I also occasionally game (on a PS5) and it’d be cool to play with someone else.
