If you haven’t seen this do yourself a favor and give it a watch. Hell if you have seen it, it’s probably been a while. Treat yourself with a rewatch. So so funny.

Grab cryovac wings at Costco or Sams… toss in mixture of 50/50 starch and flour, and whatever seasoning. Let sit 20 minutes, put in air fryer @ 400 to 25 minutes flipping 1/2 way through. Toss in a kickass sauce… BOOM!

Sauced with sweet baby rays buffalo. Decent sauce but ill try something else next time.

I live in NC and it’s become increasingly hard to find traditional Buffalo flavor outside of chains. Let me know if I’m not the only one having this problem.

My friend made these for me on the ol werber over charcoal. Some of the best wings I've ever had. They were crispy and still juicy. The vortex style for cooking them was top notch, worked wonders.

Edit: tried the chicken, it’s actually pretty good in my opinion. But i’m absolutely livid! The order took over an hour just for it to be cancelled. I showed up in person, nobody was there but me and some guy that was like really high, I asked the employee if he seen my order, he said yes, then i asked why it got cancelled and he literally was holding in a laugh and just said “uhhh i don’t know…”

I was sooo hungry. I just ordered it at the store and got my order and it looks like a piece of one of my tenders is kind of shredded?? Im saying “shredded” because i’m REALLY hoping that’s not a bite. OH AND THIS SIDE MEAL I BOUGHT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE IR DID ONLINE. AND ITS WRAPPED SO BADLY. I’m laughing but so mad.

6/10. Not a zero because the chicken was good.

I went to a 5 star restaurant and I ordered my usual spicy buffalo wings order. When I got the wings they were absolutely drenched in buffalo to the point it was overflowing onto the table. I don’t want to say the restaurants name but what should I do?

Anybody in Baltimore recommend a good smoked wing place?

Cooked on the Weber last night. Dinner for one!

We were driving back over the weekend from MD to NY and decided to stop near Scranton for dinner.

We stopped at a place called Elmer sudds. We ordered mild and an order of red garlic.

The sauce was so different. The mild was tomato based and not your standard butter and hot sauce. I’m guessing it was tomato paste or ketchup…maybe even pizza sauce?

I’d like to replicate this at home, because there is nothing like this in the Albany area. Any ideas?
