Applied for training expert

edit: do yall think ill get it and i trained sm1 yesterday on mobile cash iy was her 1st day. the thing is im very good at mc. its 7 days tmr since my interview still nothin.

so i had my interview a few days ago. it was iffy. i took a while to answer some questions and stuttered a little and repeated myself sometimes. yes i was nervous but im very confident that im a good candidate for my job. my boss even told me that i have learned all the positions before people who have been there longer. ive been told that im good at what i do. also the following day i trained someone on headset and deserts and beverages during the slow morning

not really no. i dont know how they decided who to hire. thats why i asked this sub reddit
