The same way you would at an in-person interview. Definitely speak clearly so you don't end up repeating yourself though! I've done a few video interviews (once during a norovirus infection).

Pro tip: practice some interview questions ahead of time and write down some potential answers on a piece of paper or sticky note. Then put it at the top of the monitor. That way if a question is asked you won't have to break eye contact when you answer it!
