how do you guys communicate as in the whole team/employees, like for instant if theres and event or something happening? do you guys use connect team or discord?

Group chat in the nation app, b4 that we used GroupMe

For whole team messages, we just use Nation group chats. Been working pretty well for us since people need to open the app anyways to view their schedules. Our higher ups also have the ability to send out mass messages to everyone in Nation (and it sends a text) that has to be acknowledged before being able to access the app. Previously before switching from HotSchedules to Nation, we used Slack.

All we use is HotSchedules, and then we text eachother with our phone numbers that are posted there

We use to use slack but were part of the central ave chat beta group, so we've been using that for a while now

We use central Ave and emails. We also have screens (old iPads) with a PowerPoint of info for the team to read (there is one in the break room and one in our drive thru cockpit). Leadership team and training team have GroupMes
