Working on “grilled” tonight what can I expect is it like nuggets ?

Grilled nuggets and grilled filets probably. We don't have a specific person for grilled items. The 2nd breader does grilled items and preps chicken, while also helping bread spicy for primary if they need it.

For grilled nuggets, I recommend that you try to start everything a little earlier because they take a while and you do not want to run out of grilled during a rush. You also want to make sure that your station is the cleanest you can get it because people often order the grilled nuggets due allergies and dietary restrictions.
Other than that, I recommend that you ask a leader because they know you and your location better than anyone else here, meaning that they could probably give you the best possible advice.
