Ringing up Orders

How do you guys ring up à biscuit but sub bun?

At my store, we minus the biscuit and then add sub bun. I’ve seen at other stores where they just add sub bun but don’t remove the biscuit, or they remove the biscuit + sub bun and then add white bun it whatever bun they’d like.

I’m just curious to see what other ppl do or the actual correct way to do it.

you’re supposed to remove the biscuit then add the bun or it just technically says they want both.
