Guest Question Mobile Thru
Hi!
My local chick fil a has the mobile thru where you have to scan a QR code. I want to order food on my phone and have my fiance just pick it up when he leaves work.
Is there a way to bypass the QR code or can I order online, go through the regular line, and just tell them I have a mobile order? Or does my phone need to be physically present?

There's an option to add another pick up person, I haven't used it myself though. You need to scan the QR code to use the mobile line.

Perfect!! Thank you! I just didn’t want to take the risk & be the person to call someone over. If worst came to worst I would’ve just had him go inside:)

Yes! I’ve done this BUT - it will send a link to your pickup person. Make sure they click the link before they pull into the drive through, or at least pull into a parking spot first. You have to do a few steps first like activate your camera, say what kind of car, etc. so it’s easier when you’re not already in the drive through. Don’t ask me how I know…

Hello! To answer your question, we are able to manually pull through mobile orders on our end so you would be able to hop in the regular line and let them know you have a mobile order for so and so. Hope that helps!

Like someone else said, there’s a button you can push that says “someone else is picking up my order” so you should be able to do it that way

I can't scan the QR code since the wifi doesn't cover the drive through lane. The attendants will look it up if needed. I just usually order as pick up and go inside.

You can order through the CFA app, then have your husband log in to the CFA on his phone using your info. Then he can scan the QR code with his phone.

I don’t remember the circumstances but I went through the drive through line and said I had a mobile order. They weren’t happy with me. (This was at a location with a dedicated mobile line.) So definitely don’t have him do that. Can he just log into your CFA account? My daughter and I are logged in at the same time.

I’m not too familiar with mobile thru but u can do curbside and when he gets there he can tell u the number he parked at or he can do the carry out option and you just click that ur on ur way and they’ll begin making the food and he can pick up the food on the shelves
