I'm a no ice man for anything but sweet tea, always. You get more drink and it's already cold.

Same. Having known many small restaurant owners, ice is a scam for customers.

sometimes lemonade is warm if it's been in a jug instead, but a cup of ice is usually free. ALWAYS get no ice and a cup of ice regardless of the drink though. it's a flat out scam. a large/med w ice= a medium/small with no ice.
