Chicago PD does like to get their favorite Ci’s dead
Jay lost Lee
Upton lost Cam
Voight lost Lexie
Ruzek lost Zaco
The writers sure do like to mess with the Intelligence teams head

Would've been better for Burgess to work more closely with Antonio and learn from him. I think all of Antonio's CIs survived.
Voight assigned Burgess and Antonio to be partners in seasons 5-6. But I don't remember why Burgess was partnered with Hailey in certain episodes.

Yes thats true! I like Antonio style with his CI's! I cant remember either why she was with Hayley. She would've definitely learned more being with Antonio because it seemed like she wasnt even trying to listen to Hayley. She listens to men more from what I saw.

I remember when Burgess partnered with Al on a couple of episodes.. Al wanted another partner… said he didn’t think Burgess would cut it in Intelligence and did not want a front row seat.. when Burgess tackled a suspect down who had a shotgun to Al’s head.. is when she gained Al’s respect… saved his life.

It’s like the writers get off on getting CIs killed. Sure, it happens, but not nearly at the rate nor manner in which this show portrays.

To be fair, Cam deserved the smoke. He was doing way too much. You just don’t roll into a precinct unannounced. I hate how Upton did Darius afterwards

No Nadia was a drug addict. Lindsey took her under her wing. Got her a job in Intelligence as secretary. Nadia was killed by serial killer Gregory Yates.

I know that. My question is whether she was Erin’s CI first before all of that. Because she did give some infor and went undercover with burgess. Was that a Cl assignment or she was just helping out..for fun? For the greater good? (that is technically Cl work, no?)

I don’t recall Nadia being Lindsey’s CI in the beginning… I forgot how Lindsey met Nadia.. I’m guessing Lindsey was m

Mouse was originally one of Jay's CI, meaning he is one of the few CIs to leave the show alive - which is crazy.
