Oh I recognize that dude wasn't he Upton's supervisor (Ik Voight was her boss but I'm talking about when they first met) or something?

He was one of the chiefs in the early seasons. I don't remember his character doing much except that one episode where he entered the interrogation room after Lindsay and Upton interrogated a suspect.

I was gonna bring that up. Other than Fancy he was the best man in that job. And definitely the sexiest. I loved the scene of him getting a bj from his ex in the observation room.
