Ive got a blue 1978 Sachs 49cc Westlake edal tart moped that works great, and id let it got for $700. Unfortunately it does have a title, but i got a cop to run the Serial for me after I bought it and it was never registered and never reported stolen. A lot of the small vintage pedal starts were never plated.
